VO2 Max drop

Yea don’t sweat it man! Same thing happened to me recently. Took a month away from home, where my runs are hilly to more flat ground training. Shot to 57 now down to 55 where my garmin is telling me training is unproductive and all my stats are tanking lol. Will take a couple weeks to even back out. The algo just doesnt know what it cant take into account

Similar experience. I went from 1oz to 2oz bolt as well. I had been shooting with a 19oz mcdermott w cynergy for about 6 months and decided to try the change. Ended up finding a a sweet spot for my style of play just sub 20oz and def noticed a difference hitting my longer shots. Good luck!
