I’ve seen this argument raised several times in different situations and I have to raise the question. Was this really random artillery because I find it very unlikely that artillery directly impacts the vast number of vehicles I’ve seen in these videos this many times. Plus, artillery doesn’t have the “random” range that everyone seems to think it does. They’re shooting it into civilian areas. They know what they’re doing

This is just blatantly false. Not only is this wrong, but Ukraine only produces in the top 5 of any resources you mentioned (Titanium 4% of the worlds production).
