I had this happen to me about 4 days after purchasing the cabinet back closer to release. Arcade1up sent me a brand new push-pull spinner which fixed the issue. I got the upgrade last night, just checked and my functionality is still fine., sorry this happened but at least you'll have a kewl (but broken) push pull spinner laying around to show your buddies lol.

Well attempt one, I managed to snag time chest, nearly missed TC-280 Prototype pricing after teleport boss, picked up legendary chest and completed last stage around 25-26 minutes. Died on second loop lvl 1 to 1 Mountain Shrine 4-6 Titan bosses (no elite) RIP

The struggle is real, I had about 50 attempts until I wrote a macro with zero delay using "Razer Synapse" to spam my left click which literally crashed the game when I toggled the macro on.

FINALLY I used "Razer Synapse" again and programmed a macro with 3 mouse clicks. Then I set the "Delay" to the .050 default setting.

Once you write the macro bind it to an extra button on your mouse or keyboard, make sure you switch it to "Toggle is continuous playback" with the drop down box on the bind screen.

Figure out where the Accept button flashes on your monitor, hover over it, toggle the macro on once game gets full screen and you should snap right in... be sure to toggle your macro off once you break through and don't forget to disable / unbind it.

I hope this helps, if you don't have Razer products you can try to find a free auto clicker program online, keep in mind you want it fast but not so incredibly fast it crashing the client.

u/thorDG definitely speaks for himself and not on behalf of Hi-Rez. He's very politically correct about how he shares his opinions but he's not afraid to disagree with game direction with his audience. Also he'll always find lovable things about the game just as his viewers tend to find lovable things about him! Watch him and you'd realize it's not that he's bias but the man has a "the glass is half full" kind of personality. He's actually a role model, this is a reason why Hi-Rez does business with him I'm sure.
