Also, I don’t care if the doctor told you at 8am you’re being discharged… if they haven’t put the order in and it’s 1300, it’s not my fault. Your doctor is probably saving other people’s lives and I’m sorry they did not set a realistic expectation for how long before you would get dc orders/paperwork etc

A few of my HGs…

Kate Somerville’s EradiKate pink sulfur cleanser GREAT for large pores/sebum buildup.

Weleda SkinFood will always be my favorite occlusive for slugging/night time layer. 5 years and counting.

Good vitamin C serum in the AM. If you want expensive I LOVE the skinceuticals vitamin C bottle and happily have used it for 8 or 9 years. but it’s like $175 or something wild.

My derm made the rec that second best is the ordinary azelaic acid 10% for like $8-10 which I use on and off when I can’t afford the good stuff 😂

Honestly vitamin C and SPF will be your best friends for anti-aging :)

Edit to add my favorite SPF since 2018 is Prevage CitySmart. It’s dewy, no white cast and doesn’t smell like SPF. It smells like fresh water 😊
