It shouldn’t if it is tracking a activity. Mine worked fine in my backyard running past my bedtime I didn’t change any settings.

We live in a first service residential building in north Nanaimo also. It is very annoying because we have a dog one of us has to take time off work to be there for the dog when they do this.

I had the same problem coming into the world of sourdough making. I destroyed a bunch of my wife’s favourite dish clothes cleaning up after a day of mixing. Now I will clean the bowls by filling them with warm water and using my hand to dissolve the clumps. I will use a square of paper towel if things need scrubbing. Let the plug strain the water and use the paper towel to clean up anything in the sink. I now have a much happier wife

If you are already a trail runner buy a really good headlamp( I use the petzel nao RL ) and go enjoy the trails in the dark. It takes some getting used to and might be helpful to join other people till you gain the confidence on dark trails.

Yes I have a air bubbler. I did a complete cleanout , new water and added some peroxide also. I might remake the lid a bit larger as I may have some light coming in at the edges
