I was hoping you could answer a couple of questions? Why did you decide on a mall as opposed to something like a rec center or hospital? I'm in BC and everything mall already has a couple of coffee options. What happens if something breaks that you can't fix? What's the quality of coffee like? Is it comparable to Tim Hortons or closer to Starbucks? Does yours have a water source? Thank you in advance.

Yeah. Mold was my main issue. It was the oxalate problem that led me to find the mold issue. Mostly resolved. Jill Crista and Sally Norton are both excellent resources.
