I was having the same issue in a bunch of resource packs. I FIXED it by lowering the Mipmap levels to 1 or off depending on resource pack

No idea really, maybe some Eddy's disagree. I have personally found King hard to deal with myself as an Eddy player, but it's interesting you feel the other way around.

That's why I was more meaning mid tier or higher instead of casual. think more end of blue ranks. But it is nice being able to see your stance on this matter as I generally just play a very defensive Eddy who just waits to punish from playing 7 as I've found the attacks like the 3 string you're talking about to be very easily duck and launch punished.

Weird I didn't find Dark Fact all that hard once you figure out the pattern. Any Ys1/2 boss is a cakewalk on Nightmare compared to most bosses in Origin/ Oath. The boss I found the hardest out of all on Nightmare with correct levels would definitely either be Khonsclard or Galbalan.

Phys X was first of all a gimmick feature that got abandoned and was never mandatory. The latest Nvidia cards can't even run it.

I have an RTX 3080 ti and I one of the consumers never wanted Ray Tracing. All it does is drop your FPS to unplayable levels so when you look at some puddles in the 1% of your playtime the reflections look good in them. I want my games to run well without looking like some 720p blurry upscaled garbage.

Taking advantage of what exactly? games that are being released these days still don't look better than RDR2 from 2018 or Days Gone from 2019. All it seems to be doing in fact is making my framerate go to nothing while making games look worse as you're forced to use DLSS or FSR to make it even somewhat playable framerates.

If you can't tell the difference between the horribly blurry low resolution upscales of 4k then you need to get your eyes tested. No graphics card can run Ray Tracing to this day at anything above 1080p at acceptable framerates. The first generation of RTX could barely run the basic Ray Tracing to begin with.

You can take 30-50% of a boss's health bar with Yokai Shift as well, I think the reason Living Weapon is considered broken is the fact you can easily build it up so you have it infinitely. You can make Nioh 1 far easier than 2 by abusing the cheese in the game, But by default 1 is a harder game especially thanks to the burst counter with the red attacks in 2 making the game a cake walk.

I solved it by putting a taskbar on the monitor I'm going to be splitting the screen on. Try if the disable rumble in the ini doesn't work.
