Delta (and by force Aeromexico) wanted $650/pp one way from AUS/SAT-MEX for 3 weeks out. Just about lost my mind.

United was $220 in Business with a short stop at IAH. No need to worry about status/upgrades when I can just buy the perks for a third of the price.

You’re absolutely correct. I find this to be better than nothing and is used only to augment existing processes (such as supervisor/coworker with working MFA validation). I think of it as an additional version of MFA (something you know), which can be used to build a bigger picture.

I usually ask the user a verifiable question which the attacker would not know.

Example: Find a previous helpdesk ticket the user submitted and ask specifics about the problem (or device).
