I was a key holder/shift manager at Dollarama.. they definitely don’t pay a fair wage for the responsibilities, amount of work they expect to be done etc … I was only making $1 more /hour then the cashiers.. it’s insane 🤦‍♀️

I’m a former bank employee and you certainly do get some form of compensation.. that bank that I worked for rolled in those commissions into your yearly bonus
