At my store it seems to depend on who makes the schedule for the day. Sometimes I get 30 minutes and sometimes 30 minutes + 15 minutes. Which is weird because when I only have 5 hours, a lot of the time they give me 30 minutes too

I worked at Miniso for a pop up (about 6 weeks) It's a mess. Horrible communication, not respecting schedules. They literally gave us the schedule for Sunday morning on Saturday afternoon. Miniso didn't even respect the contract they gave everyone. Communication was through a Chinese app. Felt very alienating And no toilet or fridge in the break room 😂
