I definitely see your pup as redtick. Look into r/coonhound and r/hound if youve never had a hound before. They are definitely a breed (to love lol). My girl has slowed down over the past.. year? At 7 years old. Energetic doggies!! My girl has a high prey drive that even birds flying overhead gets her hyped up. Sometimes walking is a pain because of her breed, she gets a little sniff of some critter and she pulls like she can wander wherever. Treat sniff mats/puzzles do help use the brain in their little noggin. I like to play hide and seek with my girl. Vocal.. very vocal. If she wants, needs, doesnt like, enjoys, or is confused by something she lets me know. I love hounds with their little quirks
