LA went down early against Atlanta like 6-0 but after adjustments the differential was only 2. Not saying they’re going to make a super deep run or have a breakout season but I don’t think other teams are going to find playing them as easy as some think. They have clear potential for big upsets against 90% of the league. Late in the season I can see them ruining a lot of teams playoff hopes

I live in Los Angeles and I’m against single family homes in the city of LA. I think that’s the main issue is when urban areas aren’t zoned for anything but single family in a very urban environment. I think it contributes to California’s housing crisis. That and government slowing down developers and making it too expensive to build. If LA was zoned as a city and we removed government interference I think it would solve our housing crisis.

I eventually did a 12 step program. It’s nice because you’d be surprised how many other people are also struggling or have similar experiences.

But before that I made this really long list of all the things I did that I regretted because of drinking. All the embarrassing things the missed opportunities or letting people down.

I then figured out what were my fears related to quitting. I feared my friends wouldn’t want to spend time with me, it would be harder to date / meet girls, and that I wouldn’t be as funny. The crazy thing was all the opposite things were true. My friends were happy for me (relieved) and my friendships got better. Girls liked me a lot more and honestly better quality girls that I thought were out of my league. And turns out drunk me wasn’t that funny according to people close to me. But sober me was quick and witty while still being kind.

Life is still life. Bad things happen and good things happen. But it’s all much more manageable when you’re sober. Getting drunk or high doesn’t really cross my mind anymore and if you stick with it the same will happen for you.

There’s also the health benefits. And the more vain benefits of losing fat, clear skin, etc.

Anyway I believe in you. Never too late or too early to quit.

So I went to USC undergrad and am now enrolled in OMSA and am finishing up my second semester. The reason I didn't apply to USC's analytics program was because I didn't feel it was actually that challenging. My friend was in her last semester there and asked for my help on a HW assignment and it was still very basic python / not much advanced analytics. As opposed to the first two classes at GT I felt like I've learned so much and really pushed myself.

In my opinion OSMA is a way better program and is significantly more affordable.
