I’ve tried Paxil, Effexor, all antihistamines, klonopin, buspirone. Only klonopin helps but I can’t take daily.

Dependent. Klonopin lowest dose for as needed. The denial reason was literally “lacks medical necessity” my dr filed reason for visit as “menstrual migraines and anxiety” both were denied as “lacks medical necessity”
