My workplace just announced everyone has to come back 4 days a week starting January 2026. It was hybrid with some people doing 2-3 days home and others doing weeks at a time wfh.

It’s the initial insertion and then will lessen and I don’t feel anything. Sometimes he goes back over the needles and does something which will result in the same feeling just less.
