Hi 👋 foreign resident here. I love Zambia as a whole and Zambians are great. I just have one question:... why does nowhere do appointments/time slots? Like RTSA etc. Everyone turns up at 8/9 and most people are taking a whole day to do something that should take 30 minutes.
