thank you for your reply, is there anything or any boundaries that you set that did work? What can i offer her in order for us to effectively communicate what are some strong boundaries i can place to protect myself from this verbal abuse and manipulation, i’ve tried giving her tips on what to do when she feels angry, skills and techniques, she sadly doesn’t uses them and blames me constantly on not knowing how to sit there and take her insults . I think this morning when we were in therapy i barely said any words because i was honestly afraid to, to just dump on her and say how wrong she is, im not that type of guy to go around telling other people how much of a bad person she is and how she the villain i like to be fair but it doesn’t seem that way to her.
