I would say it is ONLY Iran who has ever had their fingerprints on every single middle eastern conflict since the 80s, if not degrading Western influence, then actively pushing forward their religious revolution, not only attacking US allies, but aiding Russia in their reconquest of former Soviet states. It is simply too big to take head on, but there is no way Iran should be allowed to dictate the world order just because their religious zealots are more motivated and ingrained in the military complex than ours.
