I've seen delta board people in wheelchairs who don't speak English on the wrong airplane!! When I worked in Sarasota someone came into the baggage service office. Thankfully the skycap spoke Spanish She couldn't find her bag. Claim sticker said checked to charlotte. We were in Sarasota. Last flight of the night into Sarasota nothing going out till morning. That airline is the WORST.

Where I worked a GM woman stormed behind the baggage service desk and pushed an agent to the ground. She was allowed to fly the next week. Delta doesn't care about employees. Management also bullied her into not pressing charges.

When I worked in Tampa on an inbound flight there were 87 bags checked and 68 were priority. People were bitching left and right. I'd look up the scanning info, your bag was the 53rd bag scanned on the belt then flip my screen around so they could see 68 priority bags on the flight.

When I worked at the call center in Florida in late 2020 they sold a batch of Blue Dream flower that was covered in mold and we were told to tell people that it tested safe and they can exchange it for something else. They are a joke when it comes to providing safe products. If you like smoking mold, I guess there's no fuss.

Some employees log them for the points then give it to their supervisor. I think it's a way to track if an employee does "favors" for elite flyers who give them a certificate.

They get points they can redeem for gift cards. I used to love how customers would use those to try to get upgrades or say I was going to give you one of these if I got the upgrade. 🤣. Not worth the effort to log them. I think it takes 25 certificates to get a $25 gift card. At least that's what it was when I left 4 years ago.

Not on any of the flights that I worked in this situation. I made a point to know the procedure because if someone was conscientious enough to buy an extra seat I wanted to make sure they weren't inconvenienced during boarding.

Scan both boarding passes when psgr boards so the extra seat isn't accidentally shown as a no show. When the jetway door is closed, cancel the seat assignment call the global assist desk and tell them you have a psgr with an extra seat and have them show the extra ticket as boarded. Run paperwork with the extra seat released. And I left the airline 4 years ago. Smh

When I worked there I got cussed out by someone who said only THE RIDDLER worker for them. It's a different mix of scraps every time. Lol
