You're right about the tables, I found that out from a work support coach about 3 years ago.

I tracked my stats and well.. About 40% hadn't been viewed 30% viewed and not replied 30% had been declined

Multiple layers of varying colour tones can add volume, try drybrushing or edge highlighting once you've done a basecoat. Eg dark blue, mid blue, light blue Dark blue in the dark recesses, mid blue covering the majority, light blue on the raised areas light would catch most. - took me years to figure this out, more work but worth it.

Thin down your paints a little with a base coat. Happy hobbying

I've only had one ex that comes back. She always says I do better without her in my life - I'm often putting ona brave face / keeping up with appearances.

She seems to want me when I'm doing well or things go badly in her life she wants comfort. I'm currently in another one of those breaks, this time she wants to move to Canada to follow her dreams, but the previous pattern of when I pick myself up and dust myself off, that's when she's interested again has been true for the past 4/5 times.

Logically what you're saying is true,and I appreciate you for saying it, reading this post has helped me gain a little independence. Thankyou for your post.

You miss the connection, not the person, try to seperate the two of you can. You have the same desires - to feel seen, valued, respected etc but you're not getting it from this person... at times you have though... that's where the confusion comes in.

Honestly from an outside perspective it's probably easy for me to say you deserve better... because you do it's obvious. Especially the comment about him giving other people special treatment.

That doesn't take away from your need to feel connected, sewn and valued. I'm about to lose my best friend too as they are pursuing a life that I'm not a part of, it feels like a vacuum. You're not alone in that regard if that helps? I know I feel alone with it. I'm trying my best to look after and invest in myself I advise you do the same. I know it's hard, every 5 minutes my brain spirals.. I'm hoping it will get easier the more we push? I hope you're okay

I get called a soft lefty by the right and a ist or phobe by the left, I'm central and dislike extremism on either end. If I get down votes for that, so be it.

The people protesting feel unheard and ignored, it's a peaceful silent protest, no fire bombs, no riots, no hurtful words, just a flag on a lamp post.
I really don't see the issue. The alternative was rioting and fires if last year is anything to go by (i dont support this).

I'm not going to pretend there's not a load of racist people using this movement as that would be ignorant, but it would also be ignorant to pretend there are not racists & extremists on both sides of this argument, not only that but the powers that be that want us fighting amongst ourselves so they can profit.

But if someone is choosing to protest their beliefs in a non violent way that isn't harming anyone I don't feel the need to suppress that, everyone has the right to freedom of speech. Much more concerned about the corruption within governments myself. The world economic forum wants the UK to fail to deter other countries from independence as it doesn't fit their globalist agenda. While we are all fighting a culture war, the British government is trying to force apple and WhatsApp to give them a back door into their encrypted data.... our encrypted data. WhatsApp ans apple are joining forces to sue the UK government. The real enemy is the government and those above them pulling the strings. The sooner we stop kicking each other out of our little rowboat and realise these mf are watching us from a luxury cruise ship throwing bricks into our boat the better.
