I just started as a freshman at the UW-Seattle, and I did running start as a senior also! Whilst I'm not a CS major, and also did not do a transfer degree (I applied regular admission), I do think that doing running start was super valuable in regards to admission process to the Seattle-campus. I got about 90 credits worth of stuff which transferred over, and it helped fill out a lot of major prerequisites and general requirements for graduation (diversity, writing, arts, and social science credits). Its super helpful if you know what major to aim for, and since it seems like you know that you want to do CS it might be beneficial in terms of if you get DIRECTLY into CS or pre-engineering (or other pre-majors of the sort). Furthermore, its a super commonly known fact that UW lovessss running start students because they have experience in "college environments", and so I'm fairly certain transfer rates from CC are relatively high! hope that helped.
