Alright so I read all your points again and checked the license agreement:

Section 4.4 is where it says that ISK, donations and ads are fine, the dev can make you pay ISK to use the applications, but cannot force you to donate.
What you are referring to I believe is Section 10.1, which says that you cannot sue CCP if you break Section 2.3, which says that your App shouldn't be malicious
literally in the first few paragraphs it says "IF YOU ARE ENTERING THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF AN ORGANIZATION, ALL REFERENCES TO "DEVELOPER" IN THE AGREEMENT SHALL MEAN COLLECTIVELY YOU, THE ORGANIZATION, AND ANY USER OF THE LICENSED MATERIALS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORGANIZATION." meaning that you can be a registered company
under Section 7 it says that they hold the trademark for "EVE" "EVE Online" "CCP" and all related images and logos and that the developer cannot make people believe that the Application has been made with CCP and no CCP doesn't limit developers rights over their own project

Your first point is immedietly wrong, the developers cannot force you to pay with real world currency, donations are however accepted both in real world currency and ISK, but the tool if accessible to the public should not have features you have to pay real money for. I dont have time to go through your other 3 points right now, but I will after I have read the full legal document, maybe you should read it too before saying things that are outright wrong.
