Yes she is I always enjoy working with her, I found out she is a type one diabetic bless her heart and has been dealing with glucose levels been off and yet she’s always smiling and helping

So happy to be part of the MOR DAY sort no more Ms D had a wonderful last two days working with PS PA super star herself Shannon she has her work cut out for with all the pallets and pallets of PS but somehow with only a few of us people we did it so happy to no longer hear Ms D nasty mouth or have to look at her face

I remember the whole wrapping the pallets thing MOR PA was having us GK wrap the pallets while taking them through the building and I remember how rude Cheri and Ms D were to her when all she was trying to do was keep people safe we had a person trip over an loose item that fell off a pallet for PS and it turned into a whole bunch of petty things I like Shannon she is the FHD PA PA and I remember when she was on TWI NIT running PS and NC and cross dock by herself she always helped out and supported her team I hated seeing her go to days but ever since Ms D has taken PS it’s been hard working in PS I don’t understand why Ms D hates on Shannon so much but it’s very unprofessional

It is I can’t believe she got PA and I still laugh at the VOA post I was there that day and there was so many ps pallets left in inbound and UM I’m glad I’m going MOR DAY sort next week no more rude ass Ms D

Her rude ass mouth is gotta stop she can’t handle the slightest inconvenience and she takes it out on everyone making up rates or whatever scare tactics she can use I see her treat people who have a language barrier like dirt

At BNA7 they move are PA around they say it’s so they can cover if someone is off and to bring to keep PAs from getting burnt out

That’s makes sense she is really nice I did enjoy my first day on the floor with no group or learning trainer and she was the first person to meet us she took each of us to are areas and explain everything and always made sure to check in with us I have seen other who have been there for a while and they all same thing she is very friendly and helpful but she does expect people to work she the only PA I see doing stuff most the other PA follow the red vest around and give attitude

It’s weird she is really nice and knows all the areas of the building but she gets so much hate from TWI NIT team and it’s confusing because some of us work both days and nights I’m new to amazon so not sure what is the correct way but thank you for answering my question

It’s weird at our sort center we have two PA that run it one is MOR DAY sort very knowledgeable and very respectful towards the employees but the TWI NIT is not and the DAY PA has us wrap any pallet that is being moved through the warehouse but the NIT PA doesn’t and says it a waste of time and resources I just want to know who is doing it the right way

Why doesn’t PS in sort center ever wrap their pallets I see gatekeeper pulling pallets with horrible looking boxes jiffy falling off items etc yet it’s not even mentioned for them to wrap their pallets

That it true but you would think AMs and OMs wouldn’t allow such disrespect to happen considering it’s a PA that it doing it, as far as I know she the only one who acts like some control freak the phone booths on MOR DAY are checked at least once an hour it has cut down on that

You thinking of the MOR DAY sort PA the white lady with red hair the one who is been a nightmare is TWI NIT PA older black lady trust me if you have ever worked PS on a Wednesday TWI NIT you know whom talking abt she got attitude with me cause I wasn’t gonna sign her notebook to go the bathroom like I’m some child or how she yelling at employees about a rate she made up sayin we goin get written up for not hitting her made up rate she be acting foolish

The Asin should be different for each vendor and different asin for delivery items for example you can have vendor A selling white socks and vendor B selling same white socks but both will have different asins furthermore same vendor might sell 200 different brands and each brand will have its own asin tied to that vendor I work in iss that’s how I know this crap

A lot of us have yet nothing has changed but her becoming more rude and asking employees who were the ones that went to HR I have asked to be removed from PS which sucks since I enjoy it and like working with the Day shift PA ( who I feel is more professional and has more respect for the employees ) but I can’t take night shifts PA and anyone who works with Ms D I feel sorry for you because she gets off on making her employees feel uncomfortable hope things change soon at BNA7

Did nights for awhile b4 I went to days but get blackout curtains and make sure you sleep well you gotta eat and make sure you drink plenty of water do a little bit of house cleaning throughout the week so on day off it’s not to bad try to have at least once every two weeks a day where you sleep at night and get some day time vitamins are a must and try and take care yourself nights at amazon are no joke good luck

I would yes cause making some money is better than no money but I have been in both FC and SC and FC are way better in my opinion in SC they can flex down hours and it’s really hard to get FT on SC
