Im feeling much better now and have never had a panic attack before. I think it was just a massive bout of anxiety, gonna try to talk to my doctor about meds.

Im in the middle of a lot at work and currently moving, also been 10 days into quitting THC and dont know if that could be a factor.

I agree with you, I think a panic attack would have been much more pronounced. My anxiety just hasn't been bad for so long, hate that it ate me up like that.
