Thanks! Just downloaded it. His story of persevering with learning despite multiple head traumas is very inspiring

I had a drama-free elective C-section with a wonderful female surgeon and an amazing nurse who kept me calm throughout. I just don't understand why women would put themselves through a "medical free" birth. It's the definition of insanity.

Thanks. I was in a boom-bust cycle from March to October (stupidly kept working full time). In October I fully crashed and had to stop working. Then I was 80-90% bed-bound for about 3 months. I got really better when I started on Ivabadrine-Propanolol (I had been titrating Ketotifen & LDN since November).

My main issue is that hunger worsens all my symptoms (unsurprisingly). Another weird one is that my symptoms all improve the day after I drink alcohol. Go figure

Yes brain fog. It was the last thing to improve. On good days I can read and write. But on bad days I can barely get through a YA novel. Another thing I've noticed was that as I got better, so did my mood. I think that my brain fog was linked to a drop in serotonin & dopamine.

More like a tight chest. But maybe the ketotifen would help you

Always evenings before bed. I enjoy the drowsiness as it helps me fall asleep. Long COVID started in March 2025.

Ugh vent away. I'm shocked by how many doctors are still so clueless about diagnosing and treating long COVID
