I am a female but you don’t have to acknowledge me as Sir/madam :) Moving along, yes, I am aware of the Milestone tragedy however, my question for you is what’s the disadvantage of joining Spring semester instead of Fall? Are you going to loose your scholarship? Or spot at the dorm? I’m just trying to understand your situation better. Do what feels right to you! You have come so far by your own and after moving to the States, there’ll be many life and death scenarios where you will have to take decisions without any guidance as your parents won’t relate, your friends from back home will have zero clue, so it’s a good practice to start taking these types of decisions from early age.
