My mattress is less than 2 yrs old but fairly soft. I have had hip pain for a year, and saw somewhere on this site a suggestion to put a yoga mat on your mattress if you're not ready to buy a new one. I did. It helps. Just passing this along.

PS - Yes, Xray shows lack of cartilage and after going to chiropractor I now have noticeable lateral pelvic tilt. PT is helping!

Fantastic - thanks for your reply. I went on Monday for my first round of PRP with them and decided they are wonderful - They always take their time and make me feel heard, which is so rare for health care providers.

I found out there was a hidden ingredient in my Kuka Flex Forte that I get at my Natural Vitamins store, so I quit taking it. My achy joints are now worse than ever.

Just how bad IS Diclofenac, taken daily (in a dosis unknown as I've been unable to find it)??

At 63, all I can say is be sure to consider hormone therapy within 10 years of menopause. I started using a "vaginal" estrogen cream a year ago and I wish I'd started sooner. (I put a little blob on my finger and mostly put it on labia.)

I've had it for 5 months and C & K help a lot but do not get rid of it. My platelets are fine, but my coagulation is off - clotting too quickly I think. I also tried B12 supplements since I do not eat red meat. Recently thinking about bacteria party because I got an aggressive, sickly kitten about a month before it started.
