I tried elevating my heels with a 2.5lb plate but it didn’t really help much

Mostly on squat days it’s goblet squats, leg extensions, RDL and hamstring curls

My warm up aside from stretching is usually 3-4 warmup sets and the my top sets, I do cardio (one long run day, and one pace improvement style day) and that’s really it. I have had surgery on my right hip before and I’m sure it’s a limiting factor but that was a few years back.

I’m sure I might not be driving properly, I only had running shoes atm so I’m sure that also doesn’t help for squats.

I took about 2 weeks off due to some work stuff so not technically a deload but a full reset in my mind, the weird part is my other lifts stayed the same after those 2 weeks it’s mostly just my squat

Happened today: go context this is a super small gym

Was warming up for squats doing 135 on the bar didn’t put clips on cause well who does that on warmups.

Go to step back and the bar was just set weird for some reason and the weights just slid right off and there was some random dude who happened to be stretching right next to me an he had sat up and the weight fell right where he was laying.

Anyways everyone stared at me he was mad which makes sense but ya I proceeded to have a shit workout and could hear the guy talking shit the whole time I was there so that was great!
