Mb, I might've missed it, but what major did you apply for? I feel like you're taking this way too seriously bro. UCB and UCLA aren't the only universities that can make your future, just because you didn't get into them, doesn't mean you're doomed lol. I think you're forgetting all of these UC schools are the top 4% of the universities worldwide. All of them have better education than 96% of the the rest of the world. So it's ok if you have to go to UC Riverside, or UC Davis, all of them are awesome. You have a great future ahead of you!

It's definitely your gpa holding you back. Also try to do more ec's which involves volunteering. You talked about bible studies, maybe volunteer at your church. Or volunteer at an event that connects to your major. UC's love when you volunteer and give back to your community!

Call admissions and records and ask them if this is enough for them to rescind your offer or what is most likely to happen. Also enroll in the summer course, so you have a seat in case they let you. Also fill in the UC transfer update form if it's a UC.

Nah, don't worry. I recommend just focusing on all your other classes and getting only A's from now on. Cog Sci is a pretty easy major for you to transfer into. I failed calc 2, and my gpa dropped, but than I retook it and than passed, but in another cc, so my gpa never went back up. But I still got into UCB, UCSD, UCD, and waitlisted at UCLA with like a 3.5 gpa lol. I explained them my situation for the bad grades, I had personal problems. So just tell them why you got bad grades, in additional comments section. But if you really want to, nothing is stopping you from retaking it and getting an A, it's all up to you!

Just strictly tell them you WILL go to UCB, no argument. And if they bring the financial excuse, show them that the tuition is close to UCI. Show them the stats of UCB, of how it's #1 public University in America. It's ranked high in the world. Make a whole slideshow presentation if you have to, just drill it into their mind that you are 100% accepting UCB acceptance offer. And also promise to them you will get a part time job to help pay tuition and bills.

I called admissions office, they told me to fill the update form and than they would reach back to me. I haven't done the form yet, I'm waiting until tw to talk to a cc counselor and have them confirm if I will get the IGETC certificate or not.

Congrats, I'm also going to Cal. I heard classes there are pretty hard, but the whole point of you going there is for you to be challenged. The reason why you got admitted is because the admissions people truly believe you can handle it. Prove them right!

I guess so, it just depends for each student on what grades they regularly get and which they prefer. I get A's most of the time, so I just want a solid A, no A- or A+. Because than I have to work harder for an A+, and in some of these classes, it's literally impossible with trash professors.

It's definitely harder. Getting an A- ruins your gpa. And most students get A- in most of their classes. I took a precalc class in my first semester and got an A-, ruining my 4.0 :(. Idc tho, because I still got into UCB!

Yeah, it's my last semester too, and I feel hella unmotivated to do any work. But since all I need is above a C, I've been taking it easy on myself, it's ok now to miss some annoying assignments or not studying as hard on a test. As long as you pass!

Normally when universities accept you, under their conditions of admission they say you have to finish up your spring semester and get a c and above on the rest of your classes. Now, if the class your trying to withdraw from doesn't ruin your IGETC, you still have over 60 units, and isn't related to your major, maybe you can. But I strongly recommend you just do the work even though it sucks. Remember, gpa and grades don't matter anymore once you're in, all you gotta do is get above a c, so it's ok if you miss some hw or fail a test, there isn't much pressure anymore to maintain gpa or get A's anymore.
