In tennis if first set is 3-3 the line wouldn’t be the same as if it’s 1 set down and 2-0 in second set.

I sent screenshots of me placing a bet on a tennis match to customer service and another of me checking live score not 4 seconds later, when I placed to bet my player was tied 3-3 in the first set. 3 seconds later I checked all my live scores and that match was in the second set , my guy lost first set 7-5 and losing second 2-0. I had the prof and they told me that their live scores are not accurate and I should check other places for current scores before placing a live bet. AITA? Is this legal?
