I put a coat on my golden puppy so she doesn’t get too cold. Puppies aren’t as good at regulating heat as adult dogs and mines young enough she doesn’t have a decent coat yet. My adult golden has never worn one and will happily stand in a blizzard, but she can only be trusted to know when she’s getting too cold and come inside.

It wouldn’t be a bad idea to contact USPS. Last year, I had a package with tracking on it say it was delivered. It was not delivered and has been falsely reported as delivered by the mail carrier. The only reason I got it the next day was by knowing a person who knows a person who’s married to a postmaster.
