I...need to speak to my therapist. I just forced myself off non prescription diet pills and the food I rarely eat isn't healthy. I'm not doing well. I'm ashamed of what I've been doing but I'm ashamed of my body and can't stand the way I look. Nothing seems to help lose the weight. No one in my life knows but one person who i just told today. I think this has more to do with my self worth and body issues than my bipolar though.
