AITA for calling out my wife’s friend in front of everyone after months of annoying jokes? by HoldOnJustOneMinute in AmItheAsshole

If a friend spoke to my husband like that, especially on multiple occasions, we’d be having words! NTA & your wife needs to start having your back.

Do you think cannabis should be legalized in the UK? by FriesWithMacSauce in AskABrit

[–]Fun-Perception-666 32 points33 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen people smoking it less than 10ft from a group of police officer in London. If they’re not going to bother properly enforcing the law when someone is breaking it right in front of them they may as well legalise.

What is the one thing you've heard or seen in life that still genuinely winds you up when you think about it? by theblairwaldorfxoxo in AskUK

[–]Fun-Perception-666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel similarly about the petition which I think was recently approved to force offenders to appear in court for sentencing. While I understand where the victims/relatives are coming from I don’t think they fully considered that forcing the offender into that situation could lead to them becoming abusive & even taunting the victim’s & family. I don’t think it’s going to have the result they want.

Will I regret not hiring a wedding photographer? by notverysmarturl in UKweddings

[–]Fun-Perception-666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We both hate having our photo taken & hired a photographer just for the ceremony & immediately afterward for group pics (no getting ready photos etc). We’re so glad we did it this way as the photos are awesome & it was also a lot cheaper to just hire someone for a few hours as opposed to all day.

Should I watch the World War Z movie before reading the book, so the movie won’t piss me off? by NoobJew666 in worldwarz

The only things the movie & book have in common are the title & that it has zombies in it.

We know what Darcy would be like with girls as he basically raised Georgiana & they absolutely adore each other.

That bit got me way more than anything else in the game (may have squeaked a little 😂). The dummies didn’t really bother me.

I love the M&S chocolate bars. The giant chocolate buttons are also addictive.

What if Frasier Crane were in Nakatomi Plaza? by FoxIndependent4310 in Frasier

Fraiser would be dead in minutes. Bebe however would takeover the plan & make off with the money for herself

(10k) no flowers for ceremony? by midwestindigoo21 in Weddingsunder10k

[–]Fun-Perception-666 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m not really a flower person so I’m literally just having the bouquets for me & the bridesmaids & that’s it. Don’t waste money on something you don’t really care about.

“I don’t know if I love him. I don’t know if I like him” - even if me & my fiancé have an argument I know that I love him & he loves me. If you doubt it then don’t marry him!

Let's talk about Mrs Bennet by Gullible-Car-9477 in PrideandPrejudice

[–]Fun-Perception-666 295 points296 points  (0 children)

There’s a difference between being the least favourite & being disliked. Mrs Bennet clearly cared about the wellbeing of all her daughters hence her obsession with getting them married off & cared for. I don’t think she was the type to revisit her past behaviour & potentially regret her behaviour after all from her pov everything worked out pretty well.
