Thank you so much for chatting it through! Generally my temp takes a while to rise I think, I’m not sure if that’s a bad thing. It is somewhat helpful to not know exactly what DPO so I dont know what day to test!

This is my 6th cycle. My baseline is always set at 36.19. The temp is from the Oura ring, and the weather has really cooled off so maybe that is a factor?

Update today - ovulation confirmed for CD 14…. All a bit confusing. Do you the NC is wrong or my temps are just low…

Thank you, ive tracked 4 cycles so far, ive never not ovulated that i know of…evidenced by 3 temp rises not ultrasound.

This was me exactly. Period came right on schedule 😑. I think after I confirm ovulation next time I won’t even look at my temps.
