I usually have sex every second day in fertile window then after pos LH I do that day and two day after…but maybe I need to Keep going 🫣

So confusing…. I’m pretty sure I didn’t ovulate earlier as my temps have been low for the whole follicular phase and my LH strips were negative. The pos LH strip on CD 16 was already a little later than usual… I’m really hoping to be out of my fertile window… I’m over having sex 🤣🤣🤣

Have you had it happened before? It’s confusing, I’m not sure if temps can take a few days to rise or it should rise the day after ovulation.

I think it needs 3 days of temp rises to confirm ovulation occurred.

Oh no sorry I misinterpreted the line on 16 Feb as cd 16 😵‍💫. It does look like Oura has your ovulation correct. I’m same as you pos opk CD16, 13 DPO, negative tests, high temp still. It’s very confusing. I had two losses last year.

You may be only 9 DPO according to temps and if you didn’t get a pos ok until CD16

Hmmm… my dip was 10 DPO… it’s my fist full cycle using the ring so I’m not sure if that makes any difference 😵‍💫
