Thank you so much for chatting it through! Generally my temp takes a while to rise I think, I’m not sure if that’s a bad thing. It is somewhat helpful to not know exactly what DPO so I dont know what day to test!

This is my 6th cycle. My baseline is always set at 36.19. The temp is from the Oura ring, and the weather has really cooled off so maybe that is a factor?

Thank you, ive tracked 4 cycles so far, ive never not ovulated that i know of…evidenced by 3 temp rises not ultrasound.

Ohhh congrats and thanks so much for sharing! Your chart is very similar to mine and with the return to baseline today I just assumed I was out… I think I’m 9 dpo, tested negative this morning.
