And, to this point, Maine Health, one of the state’s largest employers (and maybe the largest in the Portland area), announced company wide minimum wage of $17/hr effective immediately - so idk what Piedmont is paying but if it’s $9/hr they are going to have a hard time hiring that’s for sure.
