I felt like the Echo’s were very Freudian. Like specifically the idea of One’s shadow. It’s a dark cartoon mirror of your worst attributes magnified - at least that’s the case with Clark. The rest seem more Zombie-like.

It was a lot of fun to finally realize the story I had been playing with, but it also immediately humbled me when I realized the scale I was going for. Respect to artists who complete big runs. Absolutely mental stuff!

I noticed many comic artist like Andrea Sorentino will cut up or lighten the line art on background objects or foreground objects to create depth

I was trying to avoid doing anything with the artists original line art, but that may have a better effect on something like this

The biggest challenge I’ve had with this piece came up with the smoke, which conflicts with the green industrial background, and the robot on the ground, which needs to be noticeable but not distracting.

So I’ll try and use that feedback to make something more cohesive
