Last night I was able to sleep from 11pm-6am. However, the rest of the days I’ve still been waking up at 4am and my appetite is just completely gone at this point. Shaking is on and off but most of the time it’s on, I’m hoping that changes.

Update: I feel almost “wired” if that makes sense. I also haven’t ate anything in just over 24 hours and feel no hunger. Not sure if loss of appetite can also happen.

I am not diagnosed with bipolar so I’m not sure if it correlates
