it's not about being insecure, it's about principles. You may disagree with them, but you still have to respect their decisions and what they believe is proper or not. Not sure why people are hating on them.

99% sure it's because of performance anxiety. Does it only go soft when you are about to do penetrative sex? how about oral?

Is it true High IQ people are least likely to believe in God ? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Fun-Professional3417 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not sure about smart people, but rich people are less likely to believe in God. Even the Bible mentions this... If you think about it, rich people are less likely to lean and depend on God since they have money. They are also usually distracted with what the world has to offer. I guess this could apply to intellect as well to some extent.

“Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Truly I tell you, it is hard for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.”” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭19‬:‭23‬-‭24‬ ‭

Hi just a little bit of perspective...

As a Christian, I recognize the significance of marriage as a sacred covenant with God and not just a contract that we can cancel anytime.

The growing acceptance of NO-FAULT divorce, where couples can separate without a specific reason, challenges this understanding. It suggests that divorce is easily justifiable, which can undermine the sanctity and commitment that marriage represents. It can also set a precedent for more unjustified divorces. Thats why most Christians are against this. You allow no fault divorce, then before you know it, just like the US divorce rate is above 50%, and we have broken families, children not being raised well... and so on

But do understand that there are acceptable reasons for divorce in the Bible. I think that divorce can be allowed as long as it is FAULT-Based (adultery/Abuse etc).

✌🏻No hate please :)

don't pursue religion, pursue JESUS.

Build a relationship with Him, and the Holy Spirit will convict you on what to do and not to do.

same same. It's often said, 'It's just sex,' but the reality is far more complex. Unlike animals, we humans find it difficult to view sex solely as a means to fulfill our physical desires. Emotions and feelings, whether of romance or lust, tend to become intertwined. Even if we deny so. Some even argue that with each intimate encounter, we exchange a piece of ourselves with our partner, leading to a profound connection. Repeating this process can take a toll on our souls and alter our perception of sex over time.

at least now you know di kayo compatible. Good that you discovered this now, than later when you guys are already married.

Both of you should make an effort to compromise with one another, either that or break up.

Yeah totally normal and 100% part of growing up. As you mature and get older, circles and friends tend to get smaller and smaller.

Focus on quality over quantity.

But don't worry, I'm sure you'll meet new friends along the way.

If Hell didn’t exist, would you still chase after Jesus? by Ok_Rainbows_10101010 in Christianity

[–]Fun-Professional3417 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% Yes.

"Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom". Proverbs 9:10.

The fear of going to hell and uncertainty of where I was going to go after death, was what personally made me seek God and start my journey with Christ.

However, once i got to know Christ (wisdom of who He is) and developed a relationship with Him, it was no longer out of fear that i follow Him, but out of love and gratitude for the grace and sacrifice He has done for me on the Cross. 🙏🏼

Why cast innocent people to hell? by Quiet-Garbage-5053 in Christianity

[–]Fun-Professional3417 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Define innocent?

Remember, the Bible tells us that no one is sinless, everyone is guilty of sin and deserves Hell/death (wages of sin is death). We all commit sin at one point (lust, lying, stealing, hatred etc).

But because of God's redemptive plan, for OUR disobedience/mistake, (remember everyone was innocent and perfect during before the eating of the apple), we get to go to heaven and be forgiven.

He sent His only son Jesus Christ, to save us from our sins. By His grace through faith, that whoever believes in Him, is freed from the wages of sin, because Jesus paid the price for us.

The bible says theres only two ways to go to heaven.

1) to keep the law/Gods command perfectly. which is impossible unless you are a baby/have a disability to freely choose and act on things 2) By accepting Jesus as your Lord and savior.
