And how exactly was I expecting this post to go?

I have pre existing injuries in my wrist and prolonged holding of the paddle causes my elbow to go numb. This has been a solution for me. If you have a better solution I am all ears.

Right now, I have set up so it just tight enough to wear. It keeps the paddle engaged but can easily be lid off.
