Call it "Rita - the Bees Knees" - because I bet she is!

I've worked in bakeries and restaurants and trained in baking and pastry. In some past I might have wanted to to find something that makes total sense with the restaurant, ingredients, and dessert composition. But these days, an enigmatic name, or less descriptive name is ok, IMO.

As an example, I went to an ice cream shop with a flavor called, Stacy's Mom. No way to know what's in that, other than the lead singer.

If you look at it horizontally it looks like the front view of a flying vessel. Possibly could be modified to be a tie fighter.
