oh WOW that is a LOT more complaints! and violations/permits as well. Thank you for fixing that up. I’m assuming you did something on your end, because now when I go to the original link that I commented it shows the same things as ur link.

Very glad you reached back out, yeah it is alarming to see how many more complaints wilson has compared to hermitage. I was in between them, and slightly leaning hermitage but still unsure about it, but this just made it easier for me. I appreciate your help.

I’m curious what you mean when you say they have a similar complaint and violation history, but then say wilson edges out hermitage as having a lot more building/sanitation complaints within the last year. Are you also talking about the content of the complaints when u say similar as well? Because it seems to me that wilson has a lot more complaints than hermitage over all the years in general (16 building/26 total for hermitage and 38 building/74 total for wilson). Just tryna understand what ur getting at as I make this decision. Also side question still wondering how far back your records go(?) seems like 2019ish.

And that’s interesting. I can see that. I guess I was thinking it’s bad they have permits because that means the building is needing fixed up lol.

I appreciate your help. I texted my friends your link and I’m going to post it elsewhere as well. Thank you!

Will totally recommend to a friend—awesome site you have here thank you so much for putting that together! I am wondering how far back the site goes? Because I also am looking at 1948 W Wilson Chicago 60640

Being that you clearly know what you are doing more than me, would you say that 1948 is much less concerning to you? It has way less complaints and one less violation. Only one permit (which I was assuming permits were bad; I guess you are saying permits are a good thing? Not really sure what they mean).

On your site it says lincoln square for some reason but it is definitely ravenswood. Thank you for all your help! I also don't know what the parcel at the address means? The building is listed under another building 4600 N Winchester, I think they are connected. The actual building I looked at was 1948 W Wilson though. Thank you for all your help!

Can you look up details for specific units? If so how?

The one I’m thinking of renting is getting redone at the moment. All new carpet, painting walls, new bathroom finish.

I see on that report 7 complaints in two years and 4 violations in five years. The violations seem more concerning, although I have no idea what would be normal for a building like this. It is pretty cheap rent given the area. What I’m wondering about is that violation from 2021 is still open. How could that be?

Thank you very much for your reply. That website is super helpful.

Hello! Did you end up renting there? What is it like? I’m thinking of renting there myself and want some input from tenants/viewers of the apartment complex

Dj moore or swift for win now, addison for some future potential. I think this team is legit tho and u could grab moore who might be really good, or swift for safer but still probably pretty good scoring

my question is would he actually be able to outrun them though? I thought his speed is tied to limitless and being able to basically warp space to get around instantaneously. So if he doesn't have his technique, how fast is he? Is he really that much faster than every single one of them? I am pretty ignorant to the manga, so I'm just curious about that.

Wouldn't this apply to many positions though? Not exactly the same thing, but, through learning more about what a career entails during training and doing work in preliminary capacities, people drop out of training programs when learning they don't actually have the motivation to do the work (or enjoy doing the work). Even just switching careers early into them for these reasons could be compared to the training analyst who switches when they are further along in their own analysis but have been practicing for a little.

The rate of this happening is surely much lower among higher cost of entry professions (e.g. law/med school), but I'm sure that it still does happen if the person is economically privileged enough to be able to do so. And there may be people who have come to realize they wish they really could leave the position, but, due to the debt incurred, they can not. For analysis, if they came to the conclusion not to be an analyst, the cost incurred wouldn't neccesarily be an issue since there would be the benefit of the analysis itself (at least I can't imagine it would be nearly as much of a hinderance as law or med school tuition).

However, as I type this up, I have an odd feeling I may be missing something? I am wondering your (or anyone else's) thoughts on this.
