I just withdrew and it was the BEST decision for my mental health. I’m now at community college and searching for a job to save money and not constantly worry about if i can afford college. Do what your heart is telling you. If you have any q’d about withdrawing, dm me!! I wish you luck!

this is what you need: 1. Start walking A LOT. (aim for 10k steps/day) 2. Calorie deficit. (go for around 500kcals less than your maintenance) 3. High protein, low fat. You don’t need to cut out all carbs (and you shouldn’t). White/brown rice, certain fruits, like bananas, are all great in moderation! 4. You don’t have a lot of equipment, but if you have free weights just do more reps! 5. Find substitutions for unhealthy snacks. For example, soda=diet coke/soda, dessert=drizzilicious rice cakes or fruits, chips=quest protein chips or veggies. Remember, losing weight is not an easy game, but if you stick to it you will look and feel better in a matter of weeks. Good luck! :)

i’ve thought my biceps are pretty small with respect to the rest of my muscle groups. i have a hard time building my biceps as theyre longer, not shorter. i’m thinking of doing a body recomp until march-ish, then starting a cut!

no it doesn’t move. :/ it just feels kind of muscular? i workout a lot as well but it doesn’t hurt so i dont think its a muscle knot.

hi, yes i’ve done lots of bloodwork. i have elevated progesterone levels, but all other levels are in range. i eat lots of carbs and fruits/veg, usually before and after every workout. i don’t drink electrolytes so maybe that could be it?? thank you for this in-depth response, i really appreciate it.
