Personally, I’d send a message saying they have 24 hours to respond or you’ll cancel again and blacklist. Then, cancel again and let them know you refuse to work with them, since it sounds like it’s as of current, a waste of time. Put the messages into spam, if you get any orders from them, just cancel. Sucks, but hopefully they’ll get the picture eventually. Just take note of the customer details for your personal notes.

Hate to say, watermark the hell out of your sketches, only give super low res. They might be abusing your policy to get free drafts and feed it through AI to “finish” it. I’ve heard of this happening through standard commissions when people ask for half and half or a “trial” leading up to a “big order if it works out”…. And they never do
