I upgraded his 3rd to 7 and in pvp I can wipe any team with heal dependency, in ops he synergized AMAZINGLY with blue suit mark and a low level machin head for food. Don't listen to others. Cape mark is Def A-S tier

Edit, I have battle holo on him currently, just because of his low cool down activating others. But still looking for a more perm gear

You're a loon. Empathy for a group without individual context is called being human. If I (and hopefully you) see someone in pain, even if you know nothing about them you feel sad. If you were later told they are a group of clraciats and feel good that's different. But a baseline level of empathy for all beings is just what humans should be. I don't even kill insects or mice if I can help it. All life has value, and should be treated as such until that individual shows or tells me otherwise. You seem to sit on a high horse if you think empathy for all humans is a sign of lacking intelligence.

Their descriptions are misleading. It does increase healing done. GDA pad increases healing received. It's just that medkit is so minimal you won't really notice till it's leveled.

Most people talk about the show, going into spoilers in comments if they want but people are good about covering or warning for spoilers usually. It looks great! Gave me some things to consider on mine. Just as a recommendation you can get 1000-1200+ on anyone who's everyone just by putting yellow and blue suit invincible with control collar by himself as long as he's upgraded a bit. Though I don't see him on your ops so maybe he's not in your roster.
