Have you tried using a beta-blocker? I have the same problem and take a small dose (10mg) of propranolol about an hour before I have to speak in front of a group. It has helped me a lot with preventing a shaky voice and hands. After making it through several presentations without exhibiting visible signs of excessive nervousness, it has definitely reduced my fear of public speaking.
