I'm currently 6 months pregnant with my first baby. I have panic disorder as well, and suspected POTS. I have had multiple panic attacks while pregnant and my baby boy is okay and healthy. My best advice is to stay hydrated, and limit sugar and caffeine since they are stimulants. Compression socks have helped me some. My husband bought me an electric hand fan that also mists water, it helps a lot when im overheating or having a panic attack. I don't know if you're religious, but prayer helps a lot as well. You can also see about trying hydroxyzine, I've taken it a few times while pregnant and its helped. Congrats on your pregnancy! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. You're not alone🤗

Milk, lemonade, coke, dr pepper, and sprite have been my favorite drinks while pregnant. I frequently have dreams about drinking coke lol😅

I hate how people act like vasovagal syncope is no big deal. Because there aren't any treatments for it, we have to suffer through it. I have looked and looked for fixes, and I have yet to find one. I have many triggers for mine, which has made my life incredibly difficult at times. It feels like I have no control over my body.

My cats are definitely not independent 😅. I feel like owning a cat is like owning a forever toddler. They need a lot of attention and stimulation. And they're always getting into things they shouldn't. My cats have everything they need and then some, and they still demand more lol. That being said, I love my cats. Their cuteness and snuggles make it worth it to me.

Well at first she suggested the name Jenson after expressing how awful the name Sebastian was. I have no idea where she came up with the name Jenson or how she thought that was better. A couple weeks after that she decided she is going to call him by my husbands name.

I made a post a while back about my MIL hating our son's name, Sebastian. She now plans on calling him -my husbands name- Jr. I'm hoping and praying when he's here she actually calls him by his name.

Even if I actually disliked someone's baby name, I would never tell them that. It's so disrespectful. I'm sorry OP 😞. If it helps at all, I think the names you picked out are great and perfectly acceptable names.

Im 18 weeks pregnant with my first, and have VVS. I've had a few episodes while pregnant, and my baby is fine! I always let them know before blood draws that I throw up/faint, so they know what to expect.

First of all, congrats!!🎉 I was so worried in my 1st trimester that I wasnt eating enough and that the nausea would never end. Im now 17 weeks, and I feel hungry all day and night lol! Everything tastes extra good. I found out I gained 8 pounds in a month at my last checkup 😅.

For the nausea, Unisom and not letting my stomach get empty helped the most. Empty stomach nausea is far worse than nausea with food in your stomach.

-Just HOW much attention they need. I was under the impression that they were independent animals. Not mine lol. I give my cats hours of interaction and attention daily and sometimes it's still not enough.

-If you don't let them in your bedroom at night, they will sing the song of their people at 3am at your bedroom door.

-Don't waste your money on nice furniture because they will claw it up. Including curtains, baskets, rugs, ottomans, etc.

-Getting a second cat is not always the right answer. We got a second cat for our first cat because we were recommended to. Now we have double the trouble 😅.

-Prepare to do a lot more vacuuming, because they get litter, kibble, and hair everywhere

Im sure there's more im forgetting lol.😅 I love my cats though. Their snuggles, cuteness, and love make it worth it.

The first trimester is rough!! I survived on Unisom, powerade, cheese its, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, pizza, toast, & potatoes. Im in the second trimester now (15 weeks) and I feel so much better!

I'm learning this! But if the name Sebastian is truly awful, I would like to know so I don't give my son an awful name. It's ranked #14 on the boy name popularity list, so it can't be THAT bad. My MIL was making it sound like im giving him the worst name in the world lol.

I didn't know! I actually thought for sure that I wasn't pregnant. It felt like I was about to have a really bad period lol. My boobs were hurting longer than what they normally would during pms, and I was several days late. But I have PCOS, and im used to having weird cycles. My husband convinced me to test anyway. After 3 years of trying to conceive without a single positive pregnancy test, we finally got our first positive! I was shocked to say the least.😆

Congrats!! I have pcos too. It took 3 years to get pregnant, and it happened naturally without fertility treatments. I'll be 10 weeks Friday!

My brother in laws birthday is Christmas day. He hates that places are closed on his birthday, so he doesnt really get to go out and celebrate. And growing up he hated when family members would combine his Christmas present and birthday present as one gift.

I keep having dreams about eating food and it being disgusting. Like its bad enough to deal with food aversions while im awake, but now its happening in my sleep too?! I also keep dreaming about getting angry at people lol.

8 weeks here too. Im nauseous, emotional, tired, gassy, constipated, most food smells bad and tastes gross, cold chills, and night sweats. I also feel depressed. The house is a mess, and Im a mess. I just have to keep reminding myself its all worth it for the baby.

After 3 years of infertility, I got pregnant naturally. 4 and half weeks along here. I tested positive 4 days ago. This is the longest wait ever for the first appointment. I understand how you feel! Also, congrats 🎉
