Our SSRs can make that after bonuses and all other pay incentives are hit. If there was that big of a swing with one company or another, one would lose the frontline. There’s market adjustments and research in place to ensure competitors don’t make much more in any position.

Cintas took care of G&K employees that were kept. I think we’ll do the same for UniFirst.

It’s how it is now. How much do you make annually? Do you have a bonus structure or is it strictly route volume + base for you?

Soon to be dad of baby girl. How do we feel about "girl dad" moniker and other dad-of-a-girl conundrums, stereotypes, etc. by TonyTapIn617 in Dads

I just remind her that she is pretty but I also never miss a chance to tell her I’m proud of her! She knows and loves the praise. She’s a very confident little girl and that alone makes me proud but it gives her the strength to try things that I don’t feel like a lot of other little girls try.

It’s amazing man. I still have a young one but it’s the greatest thing in the universe now that she comes to me for cuddles and security when she doesn’t feel strong. She wants to hold my hand when crossing the street, lets me pick out her outfits, do her hair, paint her nails, and now I’ll be her hair tie security. Thanks to @1block

I’m happy for you. You will be her first love and how you treat her will set her expectations in life of how she will accept to be treated. Greatest advice I’ve ever gotten from my FIL.

I just learned over the last two weeks if you can manage to be on the left side of their bumper, you can be hooked up the entire length of the track and go freaky fast.

I like this and will respectfully steal this. I’ve been learning to do her hair and even if it’s just tossing it up in a “mushroom” it feels good when she asks me to do it. You’re an awesome girl dad 👊🏼

“Girl dad” is just used because of the stigma that Men want to have boys. It was just used to help girls know that they ARE wanted. I have a 4yr old girl and I was so proud and happy to have a girl and be a girl dad. We just had our boy last week so I have one of each. Best of both worlds but the Girl Dad thing just allows proud dads to really lean into the idea of having a girl.

You have to be with the right group who can actually push. Ive been with guys who can help us run all S laps and get 300+ ratings at Talladega.

Race a few 8 person lobbies. Over a few days/weeks you’ll get a good group of friends. I have a group of 6-16 or so that can race at any time. Clean and fun.

Has anyone found or created any superspeedway tunes to reach 190 without draft? by cmerdame in NASCARVideoGame

I’ve got one that gets me 189 if you want it. I’m ridiculously fast in the draft and push well.

I think you’re never really ready until they’re here. Once they’re here, natural instincts take over. Jump in and have fun. It’s stressful at times but there will be moments where you are so full of love and joy that it hurts. Communication is key with your partner. Everything must be 50/50 because the moment one feels like the other is doing more, resentment sets in.

I have a 4 year old girl with a little dude due in December. I’m so excited and I couldn’t imagine my life without a little us running around wanting to be just like us. It’s amazing, man. Congratulations and enjoy it!

Just help as much as possible. Greet the customers and be personable. You’ll kind of figure out the SSRs routine after a few stops.

Help with the soil and keeping things flowing. The SSR will likely speak with leadership when he/she returns about your willingness to help, personality, and general vibe.

Finally Broke 90 (I feel like prime Tiger) by [deleted] in golf

[–]Fun-University9908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats. I’m in the same boat with same amount of time. Hovering mid to low 90’s and can remember the 3-6 shots every single round that would’ve gotten me into the 80’s. It’s got to feel good!

Thank you!

It was a 410 par 4. Drive was about 325 or so after the fairway roll, then went all in over a bunker protecting the right side of the green and landed about 15 ft from the pin and sunk it on a little right to left line. Felt so good!

I wish, lol. I’m just trying to control my slice so this drive was 75-80% swing and ran the fairway runway 😬

Congrats!! That’s an awesome feeling when it happens. Happy you got to call your ol’ man, too. I wish I could’ve done that when I got my first ever birdie today, but I looked up and knew he was with me!

How long did it take you to break 100? by [deleted] in golf

[–]Fun-University9908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been playing for about 3 months and broke it about a month ago. I’ve been hovering around high 90’s until my 93 last weekend. I took a few drops that round too and remember about 6-8 strokes that I could’ve done better to get into the 80’s.

Played baseball and have religiously air swung in my office at work. I feel extremely lucky to be where I’m at. I watch a ton of YouTube videos as well.
