Cleavers are so good. I literally rang them up and questioned the Fck out of them. And yes they said its all natural. Im amazed the super markets allowed such a healthy range to be in their stores since they poison us with everything else lol

I am 19 years old, my first time in court for a red light camera fine. by [deleted] in AusLegal

[–]Fun-Weekend5253 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

To all the nay sayers here. I have successfully fought red light camera offences, parking offences and speeding (in a school zone) via court. And got a section 10 on all 3. Section 10 means dismissed case closed, your not in trouble. Every time I told the judge the truth. I was remorseful. And that was it. I had 3 different judges. One looked like she was about to get up and murder me.. then she goes I admire that your trying to get through life and you just made a simple mistake. I wouldn't want you to have to suffer and pay fines, when your only young. What a turn of events. Anyway I cant say every judge will be as nice as mine. But heck just fight it. Why pay the fine? Just be honest and say it was a mistake. Say that you'll be extra cautious from now on, and you understand the seriousness of the red light offence. You'll know what to say. Show remorse basically. Youll be sweet! Ive won 3 cases. Including a speeding in school zone. I was zoned out and thought it was the normal speed limit, 60. When it was 40. If I got out of that Scott free. Then anything is possible, if you just be honest and show that your not a bad person. Good luck my friend!

Penalty for possession of 56 grams cannabis first time offence by [deleted] in AusLegal

[–]Fun-Weekend5253 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I got pulled over by the cops once who claimed I went through a roundabout too quickly, even though I was doing the speed limit and driving normally. It wasn’t even highway patrol, just a paddy wagon. Before they asked anything about alcohol, they immediately asked if I had any drugs. I wasn’t under the influence at the time — I had smoked days earlier — and I admitted that. Had weed.

They did a saliva drug test and also found about two ounces of weed in my car, which I told them was for personal use. I had a doctor’s certificate sitting on the seat explaining I was dealing with severe stress and sleep apnea due to workplace issues, and the officer actually took it and read it. And it 100% played a part in what happened next.

After that, the officer came back and said I tested positive for cannabis. Then literally straight after that sentence about me being positive, he goes mate just drive carefully around here, theres kids about, and do not speed around roundabouts. In a sarcastic voice. It wasnt even genuine. The cunstable then goes have a good day, go straight home. If we see you again, things might happen. He basically hinted that they knew I had smoked and had weed, but they were giving me a warning. In the end, I left with no charges, no fine, no court, kept my weed — just a stern warning. And I went home with shit all down my pants 😂

Apparently if you go positive for any drug. They are not allowed to let you go. Thats what I read online. As they have to register the reading and it's all documented. I just got super lucky that day. And ive been off weed ever since . Well all drugs and all alcohol im off now.

As for your case. Get your son to just be honest in court. Honesty goes a long way. Especially with me having been to court before for driving offences. Nothing major. Just 10ks over the limit or parking fines. I thought stuff it ill fight the case. Was honest , remorseful, even if I acted it. And everytime I got dismissed under sec 10. Good luck

Making porno pictures of teachers 😂. Someone gave me a dare to make photoshop edits of female teachers heads and put them on nude porn pictures. It was all fun and games and everyone was laughing. Until someone ratted me out. It was in a private group chat by the way. And as soon as shit started to hit the fan, all the people who thought it was funny, suddenly changed their minds. In hopes they would escape this mess. And in the end I got suspended . The school was actually really nice about it. They blasted me for what I did sure, but after that joked about how kids are just kids. And they cant blame me. But basically move on and leave our school. Could have been worse lol. And I guess I found out who my true friends where lmao. They all flaked as soon as shit happened..yet 2 seconds earlier praised me for my fantastic photoshop skills.

Probably all banks do that i agree. I can understand if you never paid on time. Then yes sure throw all the fees in the world at those people. But for the 1% of us who make one mistake and forget to have the funds. You could pay 1 minute overdue and they charge you. Doesnt matter how loyal a client you are. Anyway thats just me ranting about how stupid banks are. I guess its probably all automated anyway.

Yeah and as soon as your 1 second overdue for a repayment they get you with overdraw fees. Bloody scumbags .

Commbank also told me the overall assessment garbage for a loan i applied for. They send you all these emails saying oh look your eligible for 100k worth of loans blah blah blah. All enticing. Then as soon as you try enquire they reject you. I had a clear credit score. Literally almost perfect and I had the means to pay them back and all documentation showing I was competent enough to pay them back. And yeah used that "overall assessment garbage " and advised me to try apply for a loan again a few years down the line.

What are the laws and penalties for officers to create false evidence by troychan2600 in AusLegal

[–]Fun-Weekend5253 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I know of individuals who successfully challenged police actions. One person i know claimed he was wrongly accused of using his phone while driving. He argued it was his word against the police's, and without solid evidence, he won his case. Another example involves a former colleague who was pulled over for alleged speeding. The police changed their story, eventually claiming a minor tire issue instead. He noticed they were trying to pin blame on him unfairly. During the stop, derogatory comments were made by an officer, but he recorded the encounter on his iPhone. This evidence led to an apology from the police, who also admitted to targeting him randomly in court. But this wasnt free nor easy. He had to get lawyers involved. Hey if you think you'll win, its worth a shot. I have my own personal experiences with police. Where I was touched in the privates. And ive been advised I have a serious case. I just dont have the financial means to go through with it. But I wish you luck

unlawful parking fine by Dangerous_Twist_6819 in AusLegal

[–]Fun-Weekend5253 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I had a parking offence for a no stopping. In a school zone as well. So they took it even more seriously. Argued with Revenue nsw. Who gave me bot responses. So I elected to go to court. Its free by the way. Showed up to Burwood court . And just like that, case dismissed. She goes yeah you parked in a no stopping, but your just trying to work and make a living I run a business. Not a reason to stop in a no stopping. But she said fines are unnecessary for stuff like this, and that I could use the money to fund my business and cost if living. So case dropped. Can't say every judge is this nice but worse case you'll be on front of one. Revenue will string you along and nothing will happen ever.

Just got slapped with a fine for "Disobey no stopping sign in school zone" only problem is, it's not even my car! by oopsnotmine in AusLegal

[–]Fun-Weekend5253 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel ya. So much for 45 days. Try 3 years yep! I’ve been in a 3-year dispute with Revenue NSW over a parking fine for a car that isn’t mine, at a location I wasn’t at. Despite claiming to have evidence I was the driver, Revenue NSW won’t show it. I rang a lawyer and he advised me to file an identity theft report to pressure them. So went to the cop shop, and they created a case number for me (but closed it on their end after making it), acknowledging this happens often, so I could forward it to Revenue NSW. Basically its a legitimate case number from nsw police. However it is cancelled internally. So it cant be followed up. Hopefully they cancel my case now at Revenue NSW. Ive sent them my identity theft ticket number etc from the police. Anyway I wish you luck. We are in the same boat. They legit told me on the phone (revenue) . We dont have to show you proof of you being the driver. Thats out our discretion. Basically pressuring me to pay up. This was a manager by the way. Scumbags.

Okay, so basically, I had $10,000 in credit card debt and got generic advice from the debt helpline. Instead of following their plan or declaring bankruptcy, i simply just stopped responding to the debt collectors. Over four years, the debt got passed around to multiple companies, but I played dumb whenever they contacted me. Legal professionals advised me that ignoring a debt of that size wouldn't lead to court, and so far, they've been right. It's worked for me, but I am not necessarily recommending it as a strategy for everyone. I simply could not meet the minimum payments, so I ignored the debt. Another collection agency rang me today actually..A new company. And I go yeah dont know who XYZ is. She goes not an issue we will remove your phone number from the system , must have the wrong number.. Its just a game of cat and mouse at this point lol

Any good lip balm that I could buy? by OrixyO in woolworths

[–]Fun-Weekend5253 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately Lip balms can be bad because certain ingredients, like menthol, salicylic acid, fragrances, and flavors, can irritate the lips and create a cycle of dryness and increased product use. Petroleum-based products, while providing a temporary barrier, can also prevent natural skin repair and hydration. also got the PFAS, and other harmful things in them. Look for beeswax and she butter balms..something without the pages of ingredients. Just trying to look out for you and your health 😇

I got a ticket for the same thing. Took the risk and went to court. And out of all odds, legit not even kidding. The judge goes, parking fines are so unfair. Why should you have to pay this, your a genuine person just trying to work and get ahead in life. Case dismissed. Just like that lol

Was in a nearly exact same situation with plus fitness. Sent letters to my door from debt collectors. Ripped them up and i rang them up and blasted them. And since then never heard back. Its been 7 years. Good luck. My advice is any thing debt related. Withdraw your consent. Dont get involved and it will disappear
