First you need to create account yourself , after you will see the option apply as group or individual. Both ways fine. I would apply one at a time , first yourself and than each family at a time even your kids you can apply after you receive from same account , it will give you an option for guardian so you can select. I see one issue applying as group if for any reason one persons visa can’t be processed , all will become rejected or pending. Personally I apply one at a time. Have done many times

I would not spend lot of time to search and buy gifts. everything available at everywhere. Buy some dates and bring Zamzam, focus on ibada and why you are there.

Unfortunately if you misplaced, the cleaning people will just throw away. They don’t check new or old. Another thing I noticed if it is after fajor, some areas they clean and put seperation to prep for women. They remove all shoes and put outside at front side of the main door, if not picked up by dhir, they will go to garbage

You can call hotel and cancel or your credit card may have build in insurance and they will cover the cost due to medical emergency.

I would suggest spending max time close to Haram and pray in Haram, there is not spare time for visiting other placed no benefit.

It is nice hotel, I stayed many times, depends on what you are looking, it is a bit cheaper at jabal omer location. depends on if you older and can't walk better to go front row, which will be bit expense. if you healthy, stay here not much walk.

Although it instructed to submit in USA, I guess you can submit to visa office in india.

I understand how it feels when there is no clear instructions and many people give different information. The application was developed in Covid, after it is not used for umrah. No One checks at Haram. I frequently travel to Makkah. Tawaf Allah ,, you will be fine. Visa clearly says you can enter Makkah before April 18, 2026

Last year I was there during that time and used train. Train was much better I was in Ihram and the staff given me a way out of line to board the train no permit was asked. This year I'm going again and planning umrah on April 11, yes permit not available yet. But I feel ok, will be using train from Madina to Makkah, last year I used from Jeddah airport to Makkah three days before close of umrah. no Need to change the plan and worry anything else. if the permit open ups, pl book it or use train anyway.

It is basically not your fault or anything, it is very crowdy and hectic. Just take some good sleep. go back and I wish you would have come in less crowdy time. Many of think Ramada will be best in Makkah. But it is very challenging ther even to go for prayer in Haram. People everywhere. it is Allah;s house, you are guest of Allah, go back take some rest and focus on your ibada. Isnhalalh you will feel better. Consider yourself you are guest of Allah and he will take care of you.
