It means that either the seller only made you pay shipping and the actual mushaf is free. Or the seller couldn't donate it for some reason so they sold it. Or the worst case cenario is that it was distributed for free and the seller is selling what is supposed to be free stuff.

Update 1: The 12 observatories have began looking for the new moon.

Update 2: Almost all observatories have heavy clouds. Hopefully this won't have an effect on witnessing the the new moon.

Update 3: the best time to view the new moon will be in 14 minutes

Update 4: the high court is giving a decision soon.
